Campagne EURO2020
The Challenge
Hublot wanted to produce a podcast series about the 12 values of victory for the EURO2020. They called on their football sports ambassadors, who were each given one value. For the release and promotion, they needed a set of photographs and videos. We were asked to produce the visual assets for each ambassador in different location and at different times.
A solution of coordination
We handled everything from location sourcing to final delivery of assets.
For each shoot, we presented a selection of photographers and their mood boards for Hublot to chose from. The video teams were hand-picked, given a clear shot list and directed remotely by our producer.
For the production to meet the creative and brand requirements, 3 different areas needed to be set up for each shoot. First a video set, then a photography set and a podcast recording setup. With very limited time of 1h and 30 min with an ambassador, it was crucial the team 15 on average to have a clear running order.
We setup remote monitoring for each shoot, for the client to meet the photographers and the ambassador before the shoot. During the shoot, a live feed of the photography capture screen and the on set coordinator would act as the voice of the client for any live adjustments.
